The LA City Council is meeting on Wednesday, January 29th at 10:00 AM. to decide on a Rent Freeze and Eviction Moratorium February 2024 was the first increase opportunity since March 2020.Now, one year later, they want to freeze the rent AGAIN, preventing the February 2025 increases from going into effect.
