Much of my knee injury was on account of my form - otherwise known as "heel striking." I began to learn about different / improved forms of running, I was introduced to Chi Running by Danny Dreyer as well as the benefits of zero drop and minimalist footwear. In hiking boots and many other types of footwear, I began to explore what options were available within minimalist footwear more so than zero drop - while I did explore zero drop boots for work in order to address some of the flexibility / mobility issues that I've experienced throughout my entire life with ability to effectively achieve a flat-footed full squat. After 10 years and a new life path, I find myself exploring and integrating the barefoot lifestyle into my everyday life again today.Support the showBecome a Patreon of the Show! ➡️ patreon.com/allaroundgrowth
