He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Beyond Good, a company that makes heirloom chocolate from the earth’s original variety of cocoa and has sustainability and helping people at the core of the business. During this episode, we take a look at where the majority of cocoa beans are grown and what the process is from the bean to the bar.
