Here are a few of Dr. Fitness' tips on how to avoid a migraine. Number 1, start a headache journal where you track when and where you are when the headache started. Number 2, pay close attention to what you were eating or drinking just prior to the headache coming on. And Number 3, check the time of day the headaches occur. The Fat Guy noticed he would begin getting a headache the moment Dr Fitness started talking.
