The March 11 meeting of Ipswich City Council’s committee overseeing the CBD redevelopment was provided with an update on the current number of leases likely to be executed in Nicholas Street and given a further update on a CBD cinema operator. Ipswich Central Redevelopment Committee also received a report with a review and preview of planned activities and entertainment in Tulmur Place and Nicholas Street Precinct.
