Meet Clyde McCulley, author of The Boy On Shady Grove Road.Clyde had no supervision and there was no family car so, there was no Cub Scouts or Little League. The McCulleys had no plumbing or electricity and only a wood stove for heat. Clyde’s weekly bath was taken in a galvanized tub in the kitchen. Momma carried the dirty clothes to the creek where the creek water was used in the hand operated washer. www.storynightpress.comThis show is broadcast live on W4CY Radio (www.w4cy.com) part of Talk 4 Radio (http://www.talk4radio.com/) on the Talk 4 Media Network (http://www.talk4media.com/).
