Before turning to coaching football, Conley played for Woody Hayes and coached under Earle Bruce, John Cooper and Jim Tressel. With over four decades of coaching experience, Conley has some amazing stories to share with Kevin and Steph about some of his former players such as Kirk Herbstreit, Chris Spielman, Orlando Pace, and Luke Fickell. Coach Conley also tells Kevin and Steph the hilarious story of how he had to recruit both Eddie George and his mother for George to go to Ohio State and play for him, along with the craziest thing he ever heard a kid was offered by another school.
