Andrew Harper was a serving police officer with the Thames Valley Police Force.  Newly married and with his whole life ahead of him, he could never have foreseen the events that would bring his short life to a tragic and undignified end on 15 August 2019 when he was dragged behind a car for over a mile by a gang of burglars.
