After completing his university studies Castillo begins to provide services at Saint Joseph Hospital in Paterson, New Jersey. He trained as internist at Harlem Hospital in New York and then he did emergency medical care in WayneLater Dr. Castillo did his residency in ophthalmology in 1985 at Columbia University.
