What do pull ups and philosophy have in common? As we learn in today's episode, apparently a lot. Current world record holder for the most pull ups in one minute Adam Sandel joins the show. This man has done 68 pull ups in one minute folks. While he may moonlight as the best pull up competitor in the world, his day job is educating the bright minds of Harvard University about the teachings of Aristotle and Socrates. With such an incredibly unique background I was curious to find out just what it was about pull ups that grabbed Adam's interest and set him on his quest of utter world domination. Okay, that's a bit much but it's incredible folks. Adam discusses the connection between fitness and philosophy.
