It's an honor to have Trenten Merrill share his story with you on the podcast. Trenten's life is one of overcoming adversity, rising to the occasion, putting in the work, being of service, and commitment to God. When Trenten was 14 he had to have his right foot amputated after being struck by a car while on his dirtbike.  He would go on to compete in various sports growing up after his accident, getting into track and field, and eventually competing at the Paralympics. At the time of recording this conversation, Trenten had just finished competing in Tokyo where he placed third at the long jump. In this episode, we riff on his experience with his accident and the blessings that it created in his life, his connection with God, performing at the highest level of his craft, overcoming adversity, positively impacting others with your story and so much more.
