We sit down at the dinner table (Joe’s son Hunter makes a guest appearance) and we talk about almost everything including beautiful women that snort, sharp knives, chilled onions, wearing peppers with gloves, getting together or whatever, antipasto, the plowman’s dinner, meze plates, one piece of pizza, charcuterie, adding ½ more of a meat and cheese plate, saving things for the podcast, always ordering Brussels sprouts, Spanish chorizo, pickled anything, using an animal snout-to-tail, offal, Cured, rillette, pâté, mousse, terrine, buying local cheese, putting a ring on it, farm weddings, bohemian weddings, breakfast taco wedding brunches, ordained friends, Joe’s old way of making taco, our much better way of making tacos, a pantry full of seasonings, shake shake shaking in comino, Jesus taking the wheel, Cheetos cheese puffs, Little Debbie oatmeal cream pies, Chocolate Buddies Chex Mix and M&M almond candy bars.
