Jack Post has had a hell of a year. He’s a young dad to his beautiful son Gordy and he took on another big challenge this year with 75 HARD. This year it’s been a pleasure to watch him grow and evolve again and even though sometimes he forgets to come into the studio before a break starts it’s worth it to hear some of the completely mental stories from his life.
