Ukraine’s European allies say sanctions against Russia MUST remain in place, setting up a potential conflict with the Trump administration which has said Moscow’s demands for relief would be looked at. At a summit in Paris, France and Britain announced plans to start detailed planning for a potential force of European troops to operate in Ukraine after a full ceasefire.
