Having collaborated with the UK charity Scope, and Deloitte Digital earlier in the year we knew that Inclusive Design would be a great topic to focus on. In this episode we talk with Deloitte's Elle Beange, who has worked in the area of inclusive  and accessible design for all of her career.  We talk about the difference between universal design and inclusive design and Elle provides some great examples of companies walking the walk when it comes to inclusive design. We also talk about designing a more inclusive hiring approach for designers.
