Today I’m diving into the idea of “living your best life.” Usually, this phrase is followed by a list of items we have to buy or a checklist of tasks required to reach that coveted place. But how many cashmere blankets does it take to get to your best life? Why does it seem as though the to-do list keeps growing no matter how effortlessly we check things off?  And what might change for you if you embrace that idea that your best life is already here?  Maybe I’ve piqued your interest.
