He also said that a lot of bad dog behaviors like digging or chewing can be traced to your dogs frustration. And you might be able to cure the dog by exercising your dog. Karen interviewed 25 skinny women to learn exactly how they got in shape. She purposely chose women who were not naturally skinny to see what they did and didn't do to achieve their weight loss goal. It seems that in order to lose weight you must be very mindful of your eating and to exercise a lot more than you think is enough. Her book also touches on the dangers of overdoing it. She shares a very personal story of a friend of hers who suffered from an eating disorder.
