How do you navigate the holidays and family time when you have close family members that are unhealthy for your emotional, mental and even physical well-being?I had to have a difficult conversation with my children this week about why they have not seen my mother, their grandmother, since they were very little. It is a sad story of me being rejected by my mother over religious issues.
