As the CEO, she defied the odds by securing VC and angel investments across two continents, despite operating in a landscape where less than 1% of funding goes to a female founder. Together with her team, Careercake scaled into 42 countries supporting companies such as Nationwide, Companies House and Tech Nation to up-skill their people.
