Hi Jack my wife makes incredible herbal supplements. Great show Jack. One thing to clarify about fractional reserve banking is that individual banks do not create money out of thin air, it is the banking system as a whole that does that. I know you understand, just clarify for the audience so they don’t get “um actually’d” by a “smart sophisticated” normie (speaking from experience).
They can only lend deposits they have, but the bank loan will create new deposits in another bank which can then lend against them etc. etc.

You mentioned not liking to use soy sauce. I feel the same. Been substituting Braggs Aminos for years and works great for what I’ve made. Maybe not ideal but same flavor and probably healthier

credit unions are not immune to this. I use one as well, but just be careful. Diversify holdings across multiple banks and CUs if possible.
