Send us a textIn this "Titillating Talks with Tiphany" episode, I share something that I am a bit ashamed to admit. I get vulnerable and share with you all that sometimes I get judgemental. I don't want to be judgemental, but sometimes my insecurities and triggers bring out my judgy side. When Simone Biles pulled herself out of most of the Olympic Competition, I stood with her and supported her..... after my initial shock and judgemental inner dialogue. What I came to realize is that everytime I judge someone else harshly, it is really because I am judging myself harshly. In this episode, I explore where this judgement comes from and why it is so important to reflect and understand the roots of the judgement. I come to understand that self-love often means quitting those things that are harming us and not serving our greater good. I realize that Simone Biles gets a gold medal in self-love.Read the article here: https://medium.com/@tkane_24285/dear-simone-biles-i-have-a-terrible-thing-to-admit-fffd963518beFind Tiphany on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tiphanykaneWebsite: http://www.tiphanykane.comLet me know what you thought of this episode:DM me on Instagram: @tiphanyKane Come visit my website: www.tiphanykane.comGet your #Selflove merchandise Support the showI want to hear from you!Support & Subscribe- your support helps me to keep making this podcast!
