Athlete = a person who is trained or skilled in exercises, sports, or games requiring physical strength, agility, or stamina. So yes your an athlete! I 100% believe knowledge is power and power give you purpose. So its Its time to create a new purpose for you, Its either to enjoy your fitness in pregnancy or your working towards prehabing your body post baby or even older children to increase your athleticism to continue to exercise and participate in your sport.
