Seattle has elected a new member to the city council.  Alexis Mercedes Rinck is going to have to get right to work.  She’s replacing appointed council member Tanya Woo, and will be sworn in right after the vote is certified.  Here to talk about her potential impact on the council is Cascade PBS City Reporter Josh Cohen.
