Whenever I ask agency owners to describe how they feel about sales calls in one word, I usually get these responses…“Intimidated”“Nervous”“Anxious”“Uncertain”“Scared shitless” (two words but this is my personal favourite) To grow an agency you have to take sales calls. There isn’t really any way around it. Outsourcing this in the early days is asking for a disaster. You gotta slog them out yourself.If you’re scared of doing these calls, you’re going to subconsciously transfer your emotions to the prospect, in turn making them scared to work with you, or nervous as to whether or not you can actually deliver results.Also, this fear is probably driving a subconscious desire to not take action towards appointment booking (if you’ve ever lacked the motivation to get appointments, it’s probably rooted in a fear of what happens when you do).Today’s video is geared towards helping you understand WHY these fears exist.
