In today’s episode, hosts Kevin Palmieri and Alan Lazaros talk about the importance of root cause analysis. They discuss that oftentimes we have to dig into the how and why of a behavior or situation. They give examples of how root cause analysis helped their team members and clients adjust their mindset after uncovering a root cause of a problem they had. They share that sometimes the solution is not always to learn something new. Sometimes we have to unlearn something that has been programmed in our minds to break through barriers.
