Bobby Herrera is CEO of the Populus Group and author of the terrific, new best-selling book, “The Gift of Struggle.” His company is one of the fastest-growing HR services companies in the U.S.

Bobby serves on national community organization boards and is a regular speaker at corporate gatherings and service groups.

Bobby grew up on the outskirts of a small town in New Mexico. As one of 13 children in a migrant family, he learned at an early age the values of hard work and getting out of bed early. 

A proud Army veteran, Bobby is most proud of his family. He and  wife Roslyn and their three children reside in Oregon, near Portland.
