In today’s episode, hosts Kevin Palmieri and Alan Lazaros talk about the fear of judgment. Everyone is afraid of judgment at different levels in different situations. The advice to not care about other people's opinions is not simple. It does not have a switch you can turn off. You can care about other people's opinions, but do not let them control you.
Additionally, this fear of judgment stems from thinking that you should be perfect. Well, you're not, and that's okay. To some degree, judgment helps us grow. Kevin and Alan share some examples of being judged and their takeaways from those situations.
