We all know what it feels like to be nervous or worried. We may or may not have felt nervous before the first date or worried after hearing a family member was sick. But with anxiety, we can’t always pinpoint how anxiety feels because it shows up in many different ways. In this episode, hosts Kevin Palmieri and Alan Lazaros talk about the anxiety zone and what it feels like. It can come up as irritability, worry, restlessness, and even stress. What’s important is recognizing how it feels for you and getting out of that zone.
