Sometimes, we hold onto beliefs or assumptions that we have accepted without critical examination, and these can limit our growth and hinder our ability to succeed. In today’s episode, hosts Kevin Palmieri and Alan Lazaros talk about these beliefs that are not necessarily true and unlearning them so that we may keep growing as individuals. If we can recognize that some of our beliefs are untrue or outdated and actively work to unlearn them, we can free ourselves from their limitations and open ourselves up to new perspectives and experiences.
