Drama - Modern first person take on Mrs. Agnes Stevenson an anxious invalid confined to her bed, becomes increasingly unnerved when a cellphone call  mistakenly connects through her wifi revealing two men discussing what appears to be a murder plan scheduled for later that evening. Alarmed by the conversation she overhears, Mrs. Stevenson desperately attempts to alert the authorities and anyone else who might listen—her help desk, the police, even hospital staff—in a frantic bid to prevent the crime.

As the night wears on, each call leads to dead ends: she can’t trace the original connection, the police are too busy to launch a full investigation on such nebulous information, and time ticks relentlessly forward. In a mounting state of panic, Mrs. Stevenson pieces together clues from the snippets of conversation she overheard, all the while growing ever more fearful that she herself might be the target of this sinister plot.

The tension snaps in a chilling final twist: the murder she overheard was indeed meant for her. The play concludes with Mrs. Stevenson’s frantic realization coming too late—just as the intruder arrives and the line goes ominously dead, driving home the devastating truth
