I am listening to your podcast in PocketCast because I just can't seem to get used to Fountain and always go back to pc that has much more intuitive UX. so I will just randomly boost some episode from time to time here. What makes a non-RBF transaction "new" to a node and when is it just "another version"? Is it e.g. considered a new transaction if some of the input UTXO changes?
