Highlight from interview with Omozua Isiramen, Executive Life Coach, High-Performance Brain Trainer and Neuro Agility Expert.
"Yeah, because people like to change and fix. And in my work, I like to say you are absolutely okay. The way you are, because the way you are is the way you have wound up. Due to where you've grown up, how you've been educated, your experience. There is nothing wrong with that. We cannot go ahead into the future thinking I'm not enough. I'm not good enough because what are the criteria by which you're measuring them all of that? Well, when you transform it is be able to identify what you truly bring to the team. And to understand from an emotional agility point, there are things that have served their purpose. When I cried, when my mom died four years later, that drain that bleeding heart, I felt I could release it. It served its purpose and to transform, that is what we need to realize. We need to let go of the things that have served them. You don't need to change anything because what happened, happened."
