In this episode Rabbi Aryeh Wolbe discusses the commandment in the Torah (Exodus 23, 7) to Distance oneself from falsehood. Hashem is True and his name is Truth. When we speak false words and are in close contact with people who lie, we essentially are distancing ourselves from Hashem in the process.
