After holding an event, conducting an experience review or an evaluation is a good practice. How did it go? Did it meet or exceed your expectations? Or was it a failure? In this episode, hosts Kevin Palmieri and Alan Lazaros share their experience review after the recent Next Level Hope Foundation charity event. They compared it to the first one they held when only two kids attended. They shared that one of them expected success more, while the other predicted some failure. They also talk about seeing yourself and people accurately and how it determines your expectations of yourself and others.
