One thing the Baddies love is feeling sore after a long ride or long day. Its a sense of accomplishment no matter where its at. After long bike rides our CEO never fails to mention how sore his butt gets and is even excited to show us. Sure its uncomfortable and we don't ask for it but it makes him happy so we never say no.
