Reviewing is any process that helps you use personal experience for learning and development. It can range from reflecting, analyzing, reframing, and learning from your experience. Today hosts Kevin Palmieri and Alan Lazaros talk about the importance of reviewing how your experience went after any activity, whether you’re open to doing something again, what the best thing about it was, or what you can do better the next time you do the activity again. Reviewing is an opportunity to add value and meaning to experiences, whether small or large, negative or positive. It allows you to become one percent better at what you do than you were the last time.
