Are you spreading yourself too thin with so many commitments? Are you afraid to offend someone when you say ‘no’ or pivot on a decision to meet someone or attend an event? In this episode, hosts Kevin Palmieri and Alan Lazaros talk about setting boundaries and saying ‘no’ to others so you can say ‘yes’ to yourself. They share that sometimes we find ourselves in a situation where we have to make a choice, and if you have to choose yourself and say ‘no,’ don’t feel guilty about it. They also add that we should decide what fills our cup and not allow other people to make us feel bad about our boundaries.
