Do you ever feel like you're reverting to your old ways? We have all been there. Every day we can make a different choice, including facing our fears. In today’s episode, hosts Kevin Palmieri and Alan Lazaros talk about how it is natural for us to say 'no' when faced with something unfamiliar or uncomfortable. They discuss how doing something courageous will help you know yourself more and possibly open up a world of opportunities. When you find yourself reverting to the old version of yourself, try to assess why you do that. Is the fear too much? Remember: our natural home is to say no, but it can benefit us to say 'yes' to growth from time to time.
