#1134 - Sometimes Progress Doesn’t Seem Like Progress

Next Level University

In our journey to finding happiness or changing our life, it can be frustrating to feel like you’re not getting anywhere and you’re not seeing results from all the work you’re putting in. But the thing is, progress doesn’t always happen in a straight line. In this episode, hosts Kevin Palmieri and Alan Lazaros talk about progress and how it isn’t always visible or recognizable. Maybe it feels like you’re taking one step forward and three steps back, but it won’t always be like that. If you’re making any steps forward, even if there are also setbacks, that still counts for something. Celebrate your victories, and don’t stress over the bad days.
