It's easy to avoid the things we're not very good at, but the truth is that avoiding those things makes us worse. In this episode, hosts Kevin Palmieri and Alan Lazaros discuss that it is not always bad when it looks like you're losing. At first, facing our weaknesses can be intimidating. But in the long run, it builds confidence and resilience. It teaches us to overcome obstacles and recognize when we need help or guidance. It's also important to challenge ourselves and practice with a smaller group - even if it looks like we're losing. Looking like you’re losing isn’t always a bad thing – it means you’re growing.
