In this series we work with tools you can use to heal yourself. The technique we use is a form of role playing between your node/highest self and your damaged/hurt selves. When we activate our heart energy we are able to heal the hurt parts of us so we can become more sovereign and whole.

In this episode the theme is love and money. I describe how our limited negative subconscious beliefs (programs) are blocking us from giving and receiving love and money. The phrases are triggering the parts in you that hold on to these limiting beliefs and you are able to heal them on your own with the frequencies from your heart chakra.
