Home schooling is self custody of education. Duly noted.
great topics, great guests, great host. rock on!
odell time for you to take a break from stacking sats and start stacking kids! you'd make a great given how many bitcoiners you've successfully raised.
Inspiring conversation. Looking forward to buying the game, sounds awesome.
what a rip! using this to home-school-pill my fiancé
Amen! I was homeschooled and I am so glad for it, my relationship with my Parents and siblings is strong, and I plan to homeschool my children as well.
Home schooling sounds great in theory, but for 99% of people only having one parent working is simply not feasible. Not sure how we get around that in the short term. Interesting episode though, thanks! 💪
maybe, but my math works like this: one less person to outfit in work clothes (and excessive grooming to boot), two less commutes each workday (think both time and money here), less income tax, oh and then theres no childcare costs, less stress (how much is that worth??), and the ultimate satisfaction of actually knowing your own kids. seems cheaper to me. unless ... the kids are less of a priority than all the things we spend our money on ??? just my 10 sats worth, lol.
We’re planning on starting homeschool in the summer. Thanks for having an episode on this, it was good to hear.
I wish we had incentives for parents to stay home and educate their kids, otherwise its probably not a reality for most unfortunately. I know I didnt learn anything relevant until after public high school. Sad to hear public school teachers are pushing agendas rather than useful knowledge and skills. If we had more kids with the ability to critically think, the world would be a better place for sure. Great talk!
Homeschooling is the way to go if you have the means! The more people that homeschool, the less money the government will have to corrupt our future generations.
