When it comes to planning and keeping track of all the elements needed for an episode is important. While you can just push record and talk hoping for a good episode it is not the best long-term strategy.
Building a bit of an outline to an episode can help guide each show in the right direction.
Today I am discussing using Airtable to do that. Planning is more important than the tool. As long as you have a solid workflow in a procedure that covers the following, you’ll be ok.
•Easily understandable
•Easy to share and collaborate
•Easy to see progress
•Easy to see who has the next steps
