Ryan Netto has currently moved to the Netherlands to pursue a masters degree. We discuss the challenges faced of learning to adapt to different styles of education and assessments systems. Moreover, we discuss the struggles of learning to familiarize oneself with living as a student in a foreign city, the importance of making new friends and the relevance of being able to manage time when studying, working and carrying out day to day chores of self-maintenance.
