In this comeback episode of Pluck the Day, I share why I’m returning to the mic after a year away: to prioritise well-being, regain balance, and re-establish a regular rhythm with the show. I reflect on recent health challenges, my focus on movement and joint care, and a tangible milestone—improving my omega-6 to omega-3 ratio from 9:1 to 2:1 following a second dry blood test. I’ll link to the balance test I’ve used and explore the role of high-quality omega-3s and olive oil in cellular uptake, plus what I’ve learned from direct selling and networking in the health space over the years. I also outline what’s next: experimenting with live streaming and listener interaction, refreshing the podcast artwork and jingle, and planning monthly themed episodes spanning body zones, lifestyle, and residual income concepts. With spring on the horizon and Nowruz as my personal marker of the new year, I’m embracing a steadier pace—short, sweet updates; reflections on daily habits (down to nails and small details); and practical steps to help us all pluck the day. Cheers, and see you in the next episode.Show notes with links to articles, blog posts, products and services:Photo on Instagram of my dry blood testMy referral link for Zinzino's BalanceTest
