Thank you for tuning into the 51st episode of the Wedding Songs Podcast, I am Matt Campbell. Today I will be talking about the Hot 50 Wedding songs released in July 2021. Where I am getting this list is from our website and these are the songs that are mostly downloaded from my site, MyWeddingSongs.com. Due to copyright laws, I cannot play the songs, but if you prefer to read the list, or listen to the list, you can do so on our site MyWeddingSongs.com, then just go to charts and Hot 50 List. And while you're there, make sure you subscribe to our monthly newsletter, The Music Letter, as we call it. Just go to the main menu and click on subscribe, and then you'll be signed up for a monthly newsletter of all the new wedding songs released in the prior month that you could play at your wedding, or even during date night. This is our second episode of July and normally we do two a month. This is the final one this month but make sure you stay tuned next month when we do this all over again.

Let’s go ahead and get started with our Hot 50 Wedding songs of July 2021. What I am going to do is list these in alphabetical order by song title. The first song on the list is “All Of Me” but it is the instrumental version by The O’Neill Brothers. You could have this song as part of your wedding ceremony, like the processional, recessional, or even as a unity song. Next up is Justin Bieber with his new song “Any One” released on December 31, 2020. This is not one of my favorite songs of his from his new album. “Peaches” is more up-tempo, and you have “Lifetime” which is a great first dance song. So, make sure you check out other songs on the album. Next up is AJR with “Bang” released on February 12, 2020. This is a great exit song because he mentions….let’s go out with a bang. So it could be playing as a background song as you walk out of the reception venue. Darius Rucker released “Beers And Sunshine” on August 6, 2020. This is perfect as a summer song, under the sun or under lights. It is a mid-tempo song so you could have it as a background song any time during your reception.

Released on March 26, 2013, was “Blurred Lines” with Robin Thicke, T. I., and Pharrell. I guess people are still really into this song as a party song. If you are looking for a dance tune later in the night, this is one you could play. One of my favorite off-beat songs on the list this month is George Ezra’s “Budapest” released May 19, 2014. It is a song everyone will recognize and sing along to. It is one you could play during the dinner hour that I think would be a big hit. Next on the list is DNCE with their very popular “Cake By The Ocean”, released September 18, 2015. One of the members of the Jonas Brothers broke out and started DNCE. This has become a very popular song to play when the couple cuts their wedding cake. One of the greatest party songs is Justin Timberlake with “Can’t Stop The Feeling” released on May 6, 2016. This is a great party starter and one that you could get everybody of all different ages out on the dance floor. Zac Brown Band is up next with “Chicken Fried” released on July 3, 2007. This is a floor filler for those Country fans or even just a sing-along song for guests who love Country music.

The 10th song on the list is by Post Malone with his song “Circles” released on August 30, 2019. This has been one of his biggest hits, and one that I would play as a background song because it is not really a faster te...
