If you have been following along, I have been going down this branding journey and what prompted this was some of my show hosts were a little all over the place, so I dove in to learn how to better help them.

So, I have been making changes weekly to my personal brand as not only a podcaster, but as the owner of Sitch Radio, and it has been cool. I am actually seeing numbers trend up just in the last four weeks and, at this stage of the game, I am attributing that to the fact that I have been working on my personal brand.
