The Many Hats of a Podcaster

I'd Podcast That 2.0

Here at Sitch Radio, we host and facilitate an in-person MeetUp at the studio once a month, and just added an online virtual 1-hour session and will continue this for the remainder of the year.

This month we used the same presentation in person and again online. We had a lot of questions and a lot of raised eyebrows and a lot of note-taking when we hit this particular section which encompasses two slides in the presentation that we do.

With that much interest, I thought I would put together this episode of “I'd Podcast That 2.0” and hopefully shed some light to help get the ball rolling when it comes to planning and or working on your podcast.

I entitled this episode “The Many Hats of a Podcaster” and in the presentation, it reads the “Skills and abilities you should have to run a successful podcast”. The section encompasses the job titles of everything that needs to happen and things maybe you're not doing that you should probably include in your workflow.
